• A challenging, versatile activity with many opportunities for design awaits you
• You support the customer managers in all administrative matters (especially opening new and managing existing customer relationships, online services, payment transactions, card services, compliance and other clarifications related to banking)
• You assist with regulatory issues, processing documents and maintaining system entries
• You have direct contact with our customers (by phone and in writing) and independently handle electronic and physical correspondence

• You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally with proven experience in the financial services sector
• Your mother tongue is German or French and you have good knowledge of the other language
• Independent work, initiative and daily contact with corporate clients and wealthy private clients bring you joy
• Your high service orientation, flexibility and a healthy dose of assertiveness characterize you
• You have a high sense of responsibility combined with solution-oriented action and high quality standards
