The Community Association for Care and Support Schwarzenburgerland is one of the leading providers in long-term care in the canton of Bern and is one of the largest employers and an important economic factor in the Gantrisch region. Its offer includes three institutions for inpatient care and support of a total of 103 elderly and care-dependent people from the nearby and wider region. Integrated are a dementia ward and a day care center for seniors. The Spitex Schwarzenburgerland, an organization for outpatient care and home assistance, also belongs to it.With a total of 45 employees, Spitex Schwarzenburgerland cares for an average of 200 Spitex clients in the municipalities of Guggisberg, Rüschegg, and Schwarzenburg.

You bring:
Completed training as a certified nursing specialist (FH/HF/DNII)
Spitex experience desired
Resilience, flexibility, and independent working style
Solid handling of IT (RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage)
Interest in administrative work
Networked and economical thinking
Driver's license category B, own car is an advantage
