• As a qualified nurse, you independently take responsibility for smaller patient groups (so-called units), which you care for holistically within the framework of patient- and family-centered care, while health professionals are involved as needed and supportively along the care process
• You maintain close collaboration with the relatives of the patients to best consider their needs and wishes
• Your commitment to the guidance and support of trainees is of central importance and significantly contributes to the further development of our team
• Your active participation in change processes and your involvement in team development complete your comprehensive range of tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our work

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH
• You enjoy working in a team. You are resilient, have a quick grasp, and perform your profession with joy and commitment
