For the Fricktal Outpatient Clinic in Rheinfelden, as part of the Center for Outpatient Regionalized Assessments and Treatments of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (KJP), we are looking for you as of September 1, 2025, or by arrangement
Tasks
- You lead the Rheinfelden Outpatient Clinic and implement the institutional guidelines and goals professionally, administratively, and economically in good cooperation with the medical management of the Center for Outpatient Regionalized Assessments and Treatments
- You lead an interdisciplinary team with medical, psychological, and administrative staff both personally and professionally and participate in patient care
- You hire new employees, support, develop, and qualify your team
- You collaborate with the center management and the heads of other outpatient clinics as well as other departments of the KJP and external partners, focusing on the implementation of institutional goals
- You take on medical responsibility and support the other regional outpatient clinics of the center as well as other departments of the KJP as needed
- You contribute to the overarching development of institutional, professional, and economic attitudes and implement these within your team
- You participate in the execution of specialist case assessments according to KLV 11b (ordering model)
- You participate in the background emergency service for the entire KJP area
Profile
- You have a specialist title in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH, are close to completing it, or have an equivalent MEBEKO-recognized qualification
- Ideally, you have leadership experience and leadership training or are willing to complete such training
- You promote interdisciplinary, guideline-oriented work and are motivated for the most efficient assessment and treatment of children and adolescents, including their families
- You are characterized by initiative, high social competence, and appropriate communication as well as flexibility and resilience
- You do not lose your sense of humor even in dynamic situations and thus complement our team ideally
