Welcome to 1 North, a unique ward in Switzerland that is growing! Our team of around 45 dedicated employees and trainees cares for the MIBS (Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit) as well as the DelirUnit. We specialize in the treatment of patients with acute delirium, complex somatic diseases, and concurrent cognitive impairments. With us, you can expect exciting, interprofessional collaboration, a work environment with great development potential, and nursing guided by the principles of Lean Management.

Your tasks

Supporting patients with body care, food intake, excretion, and mobilization according to the care plan

Taking on delegated tasks in the regulation of body temperature, breathing and circulation, measuring height and weight, as well as prophylactic nursing measures

Shaping the patient environment and ensuring cleaning and disinfection measures on the ward

Ensuring order in the ward area

Documenting your own actions

Your profile

Completed training as AGS or nursing assistant or SRK nursing helper course

Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly, care-dependent people
