What to expect
- After an induction in the leisure sector, you will take responsibility for providing our customers with service-oriented, professional, and needs-based expert advice in this product group (Home&Living, Leisure, Construction&Hobby). This is done via email, phone, and chat
- Recording customer orders and inquiries by email, phone, and chat is done securely, with flawless processing also being your responsibility
- You provide information about prices and availability of products as well as about our e-shop
- You maintain close cooperation with internal interfaces (customer service, purchasing, accounting, etc.)
- Having an understanding of market offers and the ability to offer customers attractive alternatives from our range
- Helpful team colleagues and a supervisor who is always there for you and also lets you work independently
What you bring
- You have acquired your sales skills through completed training in retail or a similar field
- With your flair and affinity for expert advice, you inspire in the areas of Home & Living, Leisure, and Construction & Hobby
- Your pronounced customer and solution orientation stands out, as well as your ability to accurately capture and successfully implement customer needs. You benefit from your high empathy and communication skills
- You distinguish yourself with strong team spirit and high service commitment
- You show good manners and value a neat appearance
- You must have excellent German skills as well as very good French skills
- Your environment knows and appreciates you as a goal-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
