Department: School of Management and Law
Start of work: From July 1, 2026 or by arrangement
- You teach in the core modules of the Center for Innovative Didactics (ZID) at the Bachelor level (Introduction to Business Administration, Research Skills for Business I and II)
- You acquire research and service projects, publish these findings in scientific journals, and thus complement the portfolio of the ZID
- Depending on your profile, you teach in suitable modules in continuing education (CAS Higher & Professional Education, CAS Digital Learning, MAS Digital Education)
- You take on tasks in the area of quality management in teaching
- You strengthen our team in the didactic-methodical advice of lecturers and program directors
- You have a university degree (MSc) in Business Administration or an economic education and ideally a doctorate
- Additionally, you bring a didactic qualification as well as teaching experience
- You have very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
- You have a great interest in the topics of didactics and digital teaching and learning
- With your confident appearance and your didactic skills, you inspire the students
- Your strengths include teamwork and an independent, reliable way of working
- You contribute with high commitment, flexibility, and initiative to the innovative projects of the ZID
The ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, with over 14,000 students and over 11,000 continuing education participants as well as around 3,700 employees, is one of the largest multi-disciplinary universities of applied sciences in Switzerland.
The Center for Innovative Didactics (ZID) is the university didactics competence center at the School of Management and Law of the ZHAW. It deals with questions of didactics and methodology as well as the competence development of students in teaching, continuing education, and research. The ZID team uses the findings of current university didactics research as well as its own teaching experience in selected key modules and integrates these into practice-oriented training and continuing education activities. The center has a focus on the development and research of innovative digital teaching and learning approaches and participates in various national and international research programs.
