Responsibilities

You are responsible for the proper, efficient, and safe acceptance, sorting, and transfer of collected recyclable fractions
You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the employees at the Ökihof and for guiding the GGZ employees
You are responsible for the maintenance of the machinery and vehicle fleet and ensure compliance with all safety standards
With your customer-oriented and service-friendly working style, you are in direct contact with our customers

Expectations

Completed training as a recycler with diploma course and professional experience in a disposal company/Ökihof
Leadership experience or foreman training
Forklift license and driving license category B (mandatory)
You are decisive, resilient, and strong in organization and communication
Very good German and English skills as well as good IT knowledge
