Starting March 1, 2026, we are looking for an
experienced Activation Specialist HF
(workload 80%-100%)

Your tasks include:
- Planning and conducting resource-oriented group activities in various activating areas
- Leading group & individual therapies (e.g., music, movement, studio, theme group)
- Practical training of ATHF students
- Planning and conducting excursions & events for residents
- 2-3 shifts per year on weekends
You bring with you:
- Training as an Activation Specialist HF
- Experience working with mentally impaired people
- SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it
- Empathy, teamwork skills
- Creative flair & inventiveness
- Flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills
- Independent working style
- Experience with electronic patient documentation (Care Coach) is an advantage
