St. Josef Retirement Center www.kloster-ingenbohl.ch www.alterszentrum-stjosef.ch The new St. Josef Retirement Center has a total of 78 rooms and offers expert care to nuns and external residents in five departments. Our holistic concept includes, in addition to the nursing and retirement home, a health center with internal Spitex and a department for assisted living. Kloster Ingenbohl offers around 200 employees a workplace at its headquarters. For our newly created position, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professionally skilled specialist as Team Leader Night Shift 80-90% (including 30% leadership share) starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

- Responsibility for the care of the night watch
- Professional and personnel leadership of the night watch team
- Planning, organization, and coordination of workflows and processes
- Implementation of overarching goals in your own leadership area
- Active participation in nursing We expect from you:
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- Leadership experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Professional nursing understanding and a high customer orientation are a matter of course for you
- Flexibility, resilience, and independence
- High social and communication skills as well as a pronounced quality awareness
