You work in the Northwest Switzerland region with a home base in Pratteln
This position offers you
- With your V-ZUG service bus, you visit our customers daily and professionally deliver and (de)install our household appliances. You ensure perfect installation by making all necessary adjustments on site
- In targeted training at our headquarters in Zug, you acquire comprehensive product knowledge that forms the basis for professionally advising our customers. You inform device users not only about functions but also about proper handling and care
- You discuss placement, assembly, installation, and connection options with end consumers and resellers to ensure the devices fit optimally into the environment
You bring the following to the position
- After completing your vocational training (EFZ or EBA), you ideally have good electrical knowledge and several years of professional experience, possibly even in a service environment
- Ideally, you already have the permit according to NIV Art. 15. If not, you are motivated to complete the required further training – which is offered by V-ZUG – and then take the exam
- With your craftsmanship knowledge and enjoyment of customer contact, you succeed in offering our customers the optimal solution for their needs
- You like to work independently, always keep an overview, and act responsibly and with quality awareness
- You are physically fit and ready to handle physically demanding tasks
- You are confident in the German language to ensure clear and effective communication
