The North Face EMEA is looking for an Associate VM Coordinator to join for 1 year (temporary) our Retail Marketing team based in Stabio.

Reporting to the VM Manager EMEA, the Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the in-store experience, ensuring that visual merchandising presentations across The North Face Retail O&O Stores, Partner Stores, and Shop-in-Shop locations are consistently delivered in line with brand standards.
This role plays a key part in the creation and evolution of visual merchandising guidelines, store openings, Outlet channel development, and executions follow up developing and elevating VM standards that embody and enhance the brand DNA.
What will you do

Creation and development of VM documents, including but not limited to seasonal guidelines (in-store visual presentations, newsletters, store layouts and floor plans)

Responsible of all new openings from A to Z and placing related orders, liaising and aligning with field VMs and external suppliers.

Supporting Stabio showrooms set up

Yoobic reports follow up

Work closely with Merchandising/Retail Creative/Ops/Buying teams for seasonal briefs, campaigns planning and executions

Support VM Manager with planning and execution of multiple events through the year

Partner with VM Manager and field VMs for ad hoc projects

Coordinate the Outlet channel collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with brand standards

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

Education: University degree, preferably in Design/Marketing/Fashion/Architecture

Experience: A few years retail, field or office Visual Merchandising experience

VM skills
-
Language skills: Fluency in English, written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.

Strong analytical attitude; detail oriented, organizational and planning skills

Ability to work in a fast pace environment working to deadlines with quality and multitasking

Able to contribute both as a team player and through own initiative

IT: proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual retailing knowledge (vm software) are a plus

Yoobic knowledge is a high plus

Ability to travel when required, ideally with driving license
