In the Private Care & Specialist Support area, we are the central contact point for 500,000 private customers and create a banking experience that excites. Whenever we are needed, we are there – committed, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on our customers' needs. As one of five teams in the area, we are the customer service unit and responsible for exception handling. Our goal is to set the standard for unique service through positive customer experiences. Your Tasks
- Responsible for demanding customer orders that require special attention and do not conform to the standard (e.g., customer reactions, special requests, extraordinary adjustments)
- Carefully managing and maintaining the customer portfolio
- Finding and processing individual solutions for customer inquiries regarding payment transactions and overdraft credits
- Accompanying customers during their emigration and initiating the first steps for a smooth handover to our foreign teams
- Recognizing sales opportunities and forwarding them to the responsible advisory teams
- Identifying and independently implementing process optimizations, as well as participating in cross-team projects
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in banking
- Completed or ongoing further education at the level of University of Applied Sciences, Bachelor, Master, or comparable qualifications desired
- Enjoyment in dialogue with our customers as well as pronounced oral and written communication skills
- You are characterized by a high customer and solution orientation as well as decisiveness and organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills – any additional language is a plus
