• Managing accounts receivable in the area of child and social assistance (advances as well as collection assistance for maintenance contributions, family allowances, reimbursements, relative support)
• Updating business controls and monitoring deadlines
• Posting and forwarding payments
• Checking and assessing income and asset situations
• Assessing and initiating pre-legal and legal collection measures
• Creating correspondence, orders as well as requests and applications such as legal openings, debtor instructions, criminal complaints, applications for attachment, wage assignments, debt acknowledgments, and payment agreements
• Responding to inquiries and conducting negotiations with debtors, authorities, lawyers, and other involved parties and persons

Depending on interest and workload, you will take responsibility for the entire area of tasks or parts thereof.

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in the field of child support assistance, collection, or legal area – or the motivation to complete corresponding further education
• Proven professional experience in the listed area of responsibility
• A flair for legal issues and numbers
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Fluent expression in the German language (spoken and written)
• Team-oriented, positive personality with healthy assertiveness
• A respectful, collegial cooperation and a good working atmosphere
