Product Manager Tied Agent (m/f/d)
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
As a Product Manager at the Acolin Group, you will work closely with the Business Development department to understand customer needs and the added value of our services. Together with the Operations department, you will assess the practical feasibility of new and additional services. At the same time, you will ensure, in collaboration with Legal, Risk & Compliance, that all offerings meet regulatory requirements, minimize risks, and adhere to our quality standards.
Close coordination with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is also central, as CRM acts as the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for maintaining and further developing customer relationships across all Acolin services.
Main tasks:
Product management & further development:
- Support in defining and further developing products throughout their entire lifecycle
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of product-related documentation (including teasers, target operating model, proposal templates, pricing, and training materials)
- Identification and implementation of product improvements based on internal and external analyses
Market and competitive analyses:
- Conducting market observations and competitive comparisons for the strategic further development of the product portfolio
- Contributing to the derivation of measures to optimize the product offering
Product communication & sales support:
- Preparation and execution of internal and external product presentations
- Close collaboration with the Business Development and CRM departments in product placement and training
Interface management:
- Coordination and support of the IT and operations teams for successful product delivery
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the involved departments
Reporting & analyses:
- Creation of profitability analyses and management reports (e.g., for management and supervisory board)
- Analysis and reporting on sales developments and market trends
CRM tasks:
- Management of existing and ongoing customer relationships
- Coordination of various customer inquiries with the Client Service Desk at Acolin
- Consultation on market conditions related to the DNM service (platform fees, etc.)
- Preparation of various communication measures for cooperation and sales partners
- Coordination of inquiries from cooperation and sales partners (directly and in teams)
- Maintenance and updating of the CRM tool
Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge in the field of investment funds
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the finance or banking sector
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role in product management
- Business administration degree is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and committed personality with an exact, reliable, and independent working style
- Customer orientation as well as pronounced communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking ability to identify and solve problems
- Proactive and independent working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in German and/or English (other foreign languages are an advantage)
