Your Tasks
- Care and support of elderly people with psychiatric conditions such as depression, psychosis, dementia, or addiction disorders
- Recognizing and professionally managing challenging behavior as well as acute crisis situations
- Participation in diagnostic, therapeutic, and functional treatment processes within the interprofessional team
- Proper execution and documentation of care processes according to institutional standards
- Supporting patients in managing daily life and targeted promotion of existing resources
- Participation in team meetings, supervisions, and the further development of care quality
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Interest in the psychiatric field - entry is also possible for beginners from somatic hospitals or nursing and retirement homes
- Appreciative, empathetic, and confident handling of elderly patients, even in challenging situations
- Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and resilience
- Willingness to work shifts and to continuously develop professionally
