Your profile:
· Commercial training or comparable professional experience, ideally in the cultural sector
· You are interested in contributing your knowledge and learning new things in a lively cultural environment
· You are an open-minded person with a professional, customer- and service-oriented demeanor, who communicates fluently both orally and in writing
· You have a confident command of German
· You have good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
· You have proven experience in event management
· You are a team player, flexible, resilient, and want to actively participate
· You work independently and structured in corporate events and are also willing to assist at concerts on occasion with irregular working hours
· You keep a cool head even when things get hectic and not everything is clearly defined
Your main tasks:
• Support and advice for corporate clients and private renters
· Preparation of offers and contracts
· Organization and operational execution of corporate and rental events
· Coordination with management, technical staff, gastronomy, building services, and administration
· Budget responsibility for this area as well as invoicing and payment receipt control in the Corporate & Private Events sector
· Preparation of event master plans and hall settings
· Management and maintenance of relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, and partners
· Support of management in internal team coordination
· Ensuring compliance with operational and safety concepts
Work location & workload:
· Entire workload on site in Zug (physical presence)
· Workload distributed over three to three and a half days per week
· Salary according to industry standards in cultural institutions
· Assignments in the evenings and weekends for corporate and rental events
