Clerk Tax Accounting Repartitions 50%Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with the municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the location in Zurich Altstetten.
Numbers with impact! Contribute to ensuring that financial resources are distributed correctly and transparently between the cantons. At the Cantonal Tax Office Zurich, your work makes an important contribution to stability and fairness in the federal financial system. In a collegial environment, you take responsibility for the repartition accounting and ensure that settlements are precise and timely.
Your tasks:
- Preparation and dispatch of settlements for the distribution of the OECD supplementary tax (repartitions) to the cantons
- Preparation of entitlement lists for other cantons
- Verification and monitoring of incoming repartition settlements
- Management of repartition accounting (current accounts) in PEBE Finance
- Conducting balance reconciliations (June 30 and December 31)
- Posting of expenses and income in SAP as well as preparation of reports
- Participation in projects, working groups, and representation of the department if needed
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training with further education as an accounting clerk or equivalent qualification
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with SAP
- Confident German language skills; French and English are an advantage
- Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of precise administrative tasks and teamwork
