- Design and implementation of on- and offline trainings, workshops, and events (e.g., Welcome Day, Future Day, etc.)
- Maintenance of learning items in the LMS, as well as designing, creating, and rolling out new e-learnings together with specialist departments
- Vocational training including collaboration with training locations / schools
- Responsibility for, or participation in, annual HR cycles such as performance process, people survey, etc.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with completed further education as an HR specialist, HF / FH degree, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in training and development or personnel and organizational development
- Experience in designing and implementing on- and offline development measures for employees and managers
- Technical affinity, experience with LMS (ideally Rexx) and authoring tools (ideally Articulate) is an advantage
- Confident proficiency in German and English
- Entrepreneurial thinking, good communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
