To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Property Accountant (m/f/d) 80% - 100%

What to expect

• Independent management of property accounting for rental properties
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable including dunning
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Close cooperation with our property managers
• Ensuring correct and timely financial processing of our mandates

What you bring with you

• Experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate sector
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards
• Interest in real estate and tenancy law
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Enjoyment in working with numbers and digital tools
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Knowledge of GARAIO REM is an advantage
• Team spirit as well as a friendly and service-oriented manner
