"Living & Living in the Au" is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes living, care, catering by the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 110 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service, and administration. To complement our nursing team, we are looking for a:

Your tasks

As a certified nursing specialist, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our residents. Are you an outgoing personality who likes to take responsibility? You manage the care process, support and promote the residents in a natural and appreciative manner, and jointly shape the daily routine of our residents as a team. Good cooperation with specialist offices, doctors, and other internal departments is a matter of course for you and simply part of the job.

Your profile

You have training as a certified nursing specialist HF (or a comparable old-law diploma) and have experience in long-term care and/or acute care. You possess solid knowledge in all steps of the care process and are familiar with the BESA system and ideally also our care documentation system easyDOK. For this position, empathy, a patient approach to our residents, as well as a very independent and responsible working style are important prerequisites.
