Your tasks- Installation of new welding machines, tools, and accessories
- Mechanical and electrical service, maintenance, and repair work
- Fault diagnosis and efficient problem solving in case of malfunctions
- Participation in the development and introduction of new machine models
- Conducting training for customers and partners domestically and abroad (travel activity approx. 10 %)
- Documentation and continuous optimization of service processes and standards
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, ideally in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanics
- 3–5 years of professional experience in technical service, maintenance, or plant construction
- Strong technical understanding and a high willingness to learn
- Customer orientation, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal teams and external contacts – also on complex technical topics
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
