- You have a solid education in insurance with strong technical knowledge and ideally several years of practical experience, especially in sales
- You work independently, are team-oriented, and possess excellent social skills as well as persuasion and negotiation skills
- You have a strong customer orientation, can work analytically, and can empathize well with future developments. You are flexible and open to change
- You appear confident, have knowledge in conversation management, communication, and presentation techniques
- You know the market in the non-life insurance sector for private individuals and companies as well as the key players
- You speak fluent German (native). Knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
- The VBV certification is mandatory. A federal specialist certificate in insurance is a plus
