• Independent treatment of your own patients including outpatient and inpatient surgeries
• Conducting personal senior physician consultations
• Regular surgical interdisciplinary emergency services
• Organizational leadership and development of assigned specialist areas and activities within the framework of the hospital's and clinic's strategic and operational goals
• Teaching and coaching of assigned assistant physicians
• Medical networking inside and outside the hospital

Experienced specialists at the level of "Senior Physician" or "Chief Physician" operate in the clinic.
