ASSC within the Immunology and Allergy Service
The Directorate of the Department of Medicine at CHUV is looking for an assistant in community care and health (ASSC) within the Immunology and Allergy Service at a 40% activity rate, to strengthen the Immunotherapy and Vaccinology Center. The starting date is scheduled for May 1, 2026, or to be agreed upon.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Immunotherapy and Vaccinology Center of the Immunology and Allergy Service is a research center conducting clinical studies with healthy volunteers and patients, in a multidisciplinary environment involving doctors, nurses, and research coordinators, in collaboration with several services and departments of CHUV.
Mission
- You ensure the management of general activities of Novartis projects
- You perform medico-technical acts by delegation if necessary
- You actively contribute to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment
- You participate in the smooth running of clinical studies conducted within the center.
Profile
- You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an assistant in community care and health (ASSC) or medical assistant, or an equivalent qualification
- You possess a GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a medical environment
- You master English orally and in writing (German, Italian, or other European languages are an asset)
- You have good knowledge of common computer tools (Word, Excel, email, Internet, and Intranet)
- You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
- You appreciate teamwork and collaborative environments.
