YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- As part of our team, you are the contact person for over 80 Stadler service maintenance locations worldwide and support them with innovative concepts and sustainable solutions.
- You are responsible for the initial implementation of maintenance specifications in our maintenance management systems, from development to the implementation of customized solutions.
- You implement service plans and work instructions for maintenance and repair activities in our maintenance software (SAP).
- You carefully monitor deadlines and costs to ensure smooth project progress within the budget.
- Close communication with internal departments and customers is an important part of your role to meet all requirements and ensure smooth processes.
- You support your colleagues in other focus areas of the team, e.g., in spare parts management and workshop planning.
- Together with internal departments, you continuously optimize and develop processes and workflows within your area of responsibility.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical studies or a comparable education
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience in rail vehicle technology, vehicle maintenance, or EAM systems is an advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual, solution- and service-oriented thinking and working style
- Flair for digital processes and data handling
- Quick comprehension of complex issues and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Willingness to travel to visit and support customers, locations, and fleets domestically and abroad
