The Egnach Foundation for Living, Accompanying, Working is an institution for people in need of support. It offers adults with cognitive impairments protected workplaces, community-oriented and supervised living, as well as educational opportunities. To support a residential team, we are looking for December 1, 2025, or by arrangement:Care/Supervision Specialist 60-80% Your future tasks:
- Accompanying, promoting, and caring for elderly people with impairments and partly demential development
- Designing group life and group activities
- Assisting in the household of the residential group
- Key worker duties
- Collaboration with internal as well as external agencies
- Administrative tasks
- You have completed professional training (FABE, FAGE) and/or experience in the field of (long-term) care/dealing with dementia patients
- The person with their special needs is at the center of your work

- You are responsible, physically and mentally resilient, and work independently
