Deputy Head Vitality / Health / Wellness
We are looking for a professional who is at home both in Functional Medicine & Health Coaching and in Physiotherapy and supports us in caring for our guests and patients.
Functional Medicine & Health Coaching
• Conducting and interpreting functional health measurements (HRV, BIA, micronutrient status)
• Developing personalized health, nutrition, and training strategies
• Holistic care and coaching of our guests and clients
• Documentation, progress monitoring, and exchange with interdisciplinary teams
• Conducting individual and small group sessions
Physiotherapy
• Treatment of spa and rehab patients from internal medicine, orthopedics, surgery, and neurology
• Assessment, therapy planning, and documentation
• Guidance and supervision of therapies as well as interprofessional exchange with doctors
• Creation of individual training plans and conducting movement therapies
• Massage and physical therapy applications
Deputy Head Vitality / Health / Wellness
• Support in further developing the resort into a "Health-Wellness Resort"
• Advising and caring for our guests on-site and by phone
• Coordination of booking requests for health and fasting guests
• Participation in training, coaching, and lectures
• Staff management: scheduling, process optimization, quality management
• Support in implementing special health and wellness offers
• Experience in coaching, lifestyle interventions, and the use of functional parameters (HRV, BIA, etc.) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in therapeutic or holistic medical environments desirable
• High professional and social competence in dealing with guests and patients
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Service-oriented, empathetic, and structured personality
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and solution-oriented work
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with medicine, hospitality, and wellness
• Resilience, flexibility, and a pronounced quality awareness
