Period: autumn semester (August to January)

We are looking for a lecturer to teach the module on the law of obligations, general part of the CO (M04) within the framework of the Bachelor of Law, corresponding to a workload of 18%.

This module aims to give students a basic understanding of Swiss law of obligations, in particular the general principles of the Code of Obligations and their application to concrete cases.
