Wagerenhof
The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers over 50 employees with support needs accompanied workplaces. We are a recognised, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a needs-oriented range of residential and care places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents. For this, we entrust you with the responsibility:
- nursing-medical care of our residents
- support in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- cooperation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- deputy department management
You fit with us and this position if you also place our residents (and our supported employees) at the centre of your work and bring the following:
- Registered Nurse (HF, DN II or AKP)
- several years of experience in various areas of nursing
- leadership experience
- ideally experience in geriatrics, neurology, rehabilitation or with people with disabilities
- good PC skills and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
