The Society Department is responsible for questions related to life in the city of Baden. It records the registration and civil status events of the residents, supports development in all life phases, helps in difficult life situations, and promotes social cohesion.

Your tasks
- Leading the central services of the Society Department in terms of expertise, personnel, and organization
- Managing and coordinating the "Child-Friendly Community" program
- Co-shaping the strategic and organizational development of the Society Department
- Leading the "Society Subject Strategy" project from conceptual development to successful implementation
- Supporting the competence area managers in the development, coordination, and further development of their offerings
- Further developing structures and offerings in the area of internal and external communication
- Contributing to the preparation of concepts, reports, decision-making bases, and political matters
- Representing the Society Department in the absence of the department head
Your profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, e.g., in social work, social sciences, public management, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in the public sector or a non-profit organization
- Experience in project management and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
- Strong conceptual and organizational skills combined with clear and target-group-oriented communication
- High social competence and leadership skills, combined with assertiveness and cooperation ability
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard
- Understanding of political decision-making processes, ideally with corresponding practical experience
