Spitex Horgen-Oberrieden, with around 70 employees, ensures outpatient care and support for the approximately 28,000 residents of the municipalities of Horgen and Oberrieden. With our range of services, we enable people of all ages to live in their familiar environment for a long time. More and more people need support with care services during the day and in the evening, which is why we are expanding our team and extending our offerings.

Training Supervisor

From November 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a motivated and professionally skilled individual for the position of

Training Supervisor 80 – 100 %

Your tasks

• You plan and coordinate the practical training of apprentices and students
• You individually support our trainees and strengthen their professional development
• You work closely with vocational schools and educational partners
• You conduct site meetings, learning assessments, and evaluations
• You take responsibility for selecting new FAGE apprentices and HF students
• You actively accompany and support our trainers in their role
• You develop our training concept based on the concept of the municipality of Horgen
• You use social media to make training content visible and attractive

Your profile

• Training as a nursing professional HF or equivalent
• SVEB 1 / SVEB 2 desirable or willingness to complete this further training
• Experience in supporting learners is a plus
• Experience in the Spitex sector is desirable
• Enjoyment in teaching, pedagogical skills, and strong communication
• Independent, structured working style, team spirit, and high initiative
• Affinity for social media and enthusiasm for exploring new ways in training presentation
