The core business of Privera is property management. From property viewings to tenant selection, the tasks of the assistant position are very diverse. Support our management team in Baden-Dättwil in managing an exciting real estate portfolio.

• Processing incoming terminations
• Preparation of rental contracts and amendments
• Organization and conducting of property viewings
• Release of security deposits
• Issuing and monitoring of craftsman orders
• Preparation of final accounts
• Handling insurance cases
• Assisting with the maintenance of our databases and master data

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in property management is an advantage
• Confident German, advanced English skills
• You are an organizational talent with insight and nothing escapes your notice quickly
• You respond calmly and composedly even in challenging situations
