About the job
Your Tasks
Your expertise includes instrumenting and assisting in all surgeries in the gynecological operating department with 3 operating rooms and procedures in the Da Vinci room. Ensuring aseptic work and compliance with hygiene measures as well as operating medical-technical devices and performing documentation are also part of your responsibilities. You regularly perform day, late, on-call, weekend, and night shifts.
Your Profile
You are a certified nursing specialist in surgical care or a certified specialist in surgical technology HF. Preferably, you bring several years of professional experience in the field of obstetrics/gynecology and Da Vinci know-how. You are a motivated, committed, and open-minded person who enjoys working in a family-like environment. You approach change processes with openness and are willing to actively help shape them. In addition, you have an open communication culture and maintain constructive and interdisciplinary collaboration with all interdisciplinary professional groups.
