To strengthen our teams in various branches in the Zurich area (Main Station, Paradeplatz) we are looking for a service-oriented personality as
What you will achieve with us
- Advising our national and international customers with excellent service quality
- Managing and presenting our exquisite Sprüngli products with decorative flair
- Receiving customer orders and preparing them for pickup
- Various leadership tasks (organizing the daily routine, contact person for customers and employees, etc.)
- Ordering using MSB5
- Personnel planning in coordination with the branch manager
- Creating daily and monthly closings using TAVS
What we wish for
- Completed training in retail (preferably confectionery or food industry)
- Several years of sales experience
- First leadership experience
- Fluent German and English skills
- Initiative and ability to work in a team
- Professional appearance and good manners
- Committed personality with style, passion, and high quality awareness
- Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work between 5:45 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. as well as 2 to 3 weekend shifts per month)
