Workshop Team Leader (m/f/d), 100%
Your task:
You are responsible for optimal resource planning in the workshop and take on the revenue and cost responsibility in the workshop area. In case of deviations from the set revenue targets, you initiate solution- and goal-oriented development measures and report directly to the workshop manager. Another point of your broad area of responsibility is service-oriented and active customer support. As an experienced leadership personality, you take on the technical and personnel management of a team, assist your employees with technical and diagnostic questions, and ensure continuous development as well as a high performance factor. With your hands-on mentality, you actively engage in daily business, feel the pulse of events, and make a significant contribution to achieving goals.

You offer us:
Passion for the commercial vehicle industry
Ideally, you have completed training as an automotive diagnostician or are currently in training in the automotive sector
Experience in the commercial vehicle sector
Ideally 2 years of experience in a comparable leadership role (advantageous)
A service-oriented attitude and a lot of organizational skill
A flair for challenging and promoting employees
Solid German language skills
