Your team
The Operations division covers the processing and monitoring of all types of financial instruments and manages the administration of investment funds. It supports other divisions and provides clients with top-notch service quality, relying on modern and robust infrastructures.
You will join the Corporate Action department's Funds team. You will be responsible for billing events related to investments in traditional and alternative investment funds.
Your role
- Ensure the execution and monitoring of fund operations (dividends, mergers, series consolidations, reinvestment of retrocessions, capital increases, contingent operations and equalization, and other events), in compliance with internal and external procedures, guidelines, and conventions.
- Notify investors of changes impacting their funds (information events and choice events).
- Complete instructions related to choice events and instruct the respective fund administrators.
- Respond to internal requests from other back-offices (Fund Administration, Pricing, etc.) considering the timing of respective activities.
- Follow up and resolve suspenses (cash and securities).
Your profile
- Experience in the banking sector, ideally in the field of fund operations.
- Proficiency in common office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Precision, excellent priority management, attention to detail.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to work in a team and manage urgent requests.
- Curiosity for IT tools and a proactive approach to improving them.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq tool is an asset.
