About the job
In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at
various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities.
For the locations Mainaustrasse and Ottenweg, where people with
various disabilities live, we are looking for, by arrangement,
each a
Care Specialist (80%)
Tasks:
- Accompanying the residents in everyday life
- Organizing leisure and weekend activities
- Care activities
- Collaboration in team and client administration
- Key worker duties
- If interested: taking on departmental tasks
Profile:
- Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as FABE/FAGE or equivalent qualification
- Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
- Organizational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
