As Operations Manager Catering at Summer Kunsti Margarethen, you will independently manage this location. You lead your team, are responsible for operational management, and ensure that quality, service, and guest experience are up to standard.
You can look forward to these tasks:
<ul><li>Overall responsibility for the operational management of a pier location</li><li>Leadership, scheduling, and development of the team</li><li>Ensuring smooth daily operations</li><li>Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards</li><li>Control of bookings, billing, and daily closings</li><li>Responsibility for ordering goods and inventory management</li><li>Handling administrative tasks related to location management</li><li>Active participation in operational business as needed</li><li>Monitoring HACCP regulations </li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li>Completed training in gastronomy (hotel management school)</li><li>Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage</li><li>Friendly and well-groomed appearance</li><li>Flexibility, team spirit, and initiative</li><li>Very good German skills and strong communication abilities</li><li>Sales and organizational talent as well as a service-oriented working style</li></ul>
