To support our team in the Competence Center Application, which is subordinated to the business area IT, Projects & Processes, we are looking for you at the Oberwinterthur location immediately or by arrangement as

• Optimization, further development and support of the following core applications: POS solution TCPOS, SAP CAR (module POSDTA)
• Conceptualization and prioritization of requirements and change requests
• Ensuring technical implementations (including test management) as well as their smooth implementation in productive operation
• Analysis of existing business processes and their optimization
• 2nd level support: conducting error analyses and their resolution including documentation
• Support of other applications such as ESL, self-checkout or combined scales
• Link between the Competence Center Application, the business area sales specialists, the BISON group IT, the software supplier Zucchetti SA, and the relevant stakeholders within the fenaco Landi group
• Close exchange with other departments, for example POS support and digital corporate development
• Coordination and management of IT service partners
• Participation in (partial) projects

• Completed vocational training as well as further education as a business informatics specialist FH/HF or comparable business management training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business informatics in retail and/or in POS application operation
• Comprehensive understanding of cash register-relevant business processes
• Terms such as ESL, combined scales or self-checkout are not foreign words, know-how in SAP (ECC/S4) as well as SAP CAR (POSDTA) is an advantage
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders from the specialist department, IT and external partners
• Very good communication skills, a high degree of customer orientation and strong assertiveness
