Your Mission

You ensure through leadership and coordination of employees as well as monitoring of production processes that production in your area of responsibility runs efficiently, safely, and according to Neutrik standards. Through close collaboration with process owners and clear communication within the team, you guarantee a smooth workflow and high execution quality. By implementing improvement measures, you actively contribute to the continuous efficiency increase of our production.

Your Tasks

You lead, coordinate, and develop the employees in your area of responsibility and ensure clear task distribution
You represent the interests of Neutrik AG towards the employees in your area of responsibility
You coordinate, instruct, and inform employees and actively involve them in the production processes
You monitor production processes as well as execution quality and document them
You initiate appropriate corrective actions in case of deviations and ensure their implementation
You ensure an efficient workflow within production
You coordinate and communicate with the respective process owners
You ensure compliance with internal Neutrik standards
You coordinate the KVP and safety processes in your area of responsibility
If necessary, you stop processes or deliveries to ensure quality requirements

Your Profile

Completed technical training as well as ideally additional internal or external specialist courses
Several years of experience in employee leadership
Good IT user skills
Technical understanding and pronounced quality awareness
High social competence and strong teamwork skills
Flexibility and assertiveness
Structured and responsible way of working
