Assistant to the LANDI Store Manager m/f/d 100%

• Support to the store manager in all tasks related to work organization, coaching, and team management
• Support for employees, various interviews, conflict management
• Employee scheduling
• Customer satisfaction-oriented advice and sales
• Stock management, orders, control and display of merchandise
• Follow-up of LANDI Switzerland complaints (goods and after-sales service)
• Implementation of the company’s strategy and concept
• Support to the manager in administrative tasks
• Replacement of the manager during absences.

• Federal diploma of retail manager or equivalent training/IFCAM training is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales and team leadership
• Ability to coach and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills: clear communication, team spirit, and strong customer orientation
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in main computer software
• Forklift license is an advantage.
