• Producing various types of concrete on order
• Ensuring concrete quality for in-house production control
• Scheduling construction site orders as well as self-collectors at the plant
• Collaboration with central dispatch
• Daily active participation in manual tasks as well as maintenance and cleaning work on production facilities to ensure smooth operation
• Relief work at other locations

• Understanding of manual or technical skills in the field of building materials or a strong willingness to learn them
• Completed training in the construction or construction-related sector or a mechanical, technical profession is an advantage
• Enjoy working with digital systems and using modern technologies in everyday work
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork
• Reliable, structured, quality-oriented, open, and independent manner
• Valid driving license category B, forklift license is an advantage
• Very good German skills, oral French skills
