Develop yourself with us and lead a team of about 7 employees. We are looking in the Bern-Gümligen region for an industry expert who complements our team as a "Priverian" and supports us in achieving our goals.
Your tasks in detail
- Leading and promoting your team in professional and personnel matters
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as monitoring & compliance with our quality standards
- Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio consisting almost exclusively of commercial properties
- Monitoring and ensuring management activities for the responsible major clients within the commercial team
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Advising ownership on legal and structural matters, maintaining and expanding contacts
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with a federal specialist certificate in real estate management
- Many years of professional experience in real estate management, especially in the management of commercial properties
- Several years of frontline experience in managing larger commercial or business properties
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as basic French skills are mandatory
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Experience in managing condominium ownership is an advantage
- You are aware of the importance of your leadership role and naturally embody reliability, commitment, and clarity
