Your tasks

Supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services - by phone and digitally
Structured potential identification and exploitation or targeted referral to the appropriate consulting team
Providing a service quality that delights customers
Identifying and documenting transactions related to anti-money laundering
Creating and reviewing customer profiles (KYC)
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction

Your profile

Bank apprenticeship or equivalent education
Advanced completed education (HF or FH) or currently in training
At least three years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector
Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact as well as for SME clients
Experience in compliance and/or anti-money laundering is a plus
High customer orientation and a very communicative manner characterize you
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
