The restaurant L'ARTISAN of the MGallery Hotel is looking for its Restaurant Manager.
Ideally located in the heart of the city, just steps from Lake Geneva and the business district.
Our restaurant L'ARTISAN offers a creative and generous seasonal menu, a cuisine that reflects the day's tastes where local products are highlighted in their authenticity (label Made in House).
40 seats + 40 seats on the terrace.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the daily operational management of the restaurant and breakfast service. You are responsible for the quality of the customer experience, service, financial performance, and team management.
Responsibilities
Supervise all operations of the dining service, from breakfast to dinner.
Ensure a high-end customer experience, paying attention to service quality and personalized welcome.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of waiters and head waiters.
Develop schedules based on activity and optimize labor costs.
Participate in stock management, orders, and inventories.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Analyze performance indicators (customer satisfaction, revenue, food cost) and propose corrective actions.
Be proactive in enhancing the culinary identity of the establishment and strengthening its local reputation.
Significant experience (3-5 years) in a similar position in high-end catering.
Excellent presentation and sense of hospitality.
Natural leadership, attention to detail, ability to inspire and unite a team.
Fluency in French and English.
Passion for gastronomy, service, and bespoke experiences.
