Quality Manager As part of the Safety & Regulatory Compliance organization, you will ensure an effective and compliant Safety & Quality Management System across our sites. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and act as a key interface with authorities, customers and internal stakeholders to maintain the highest safety and quality standards.

Quality Manager As part of the Safety & Regulatory Compliance organization, you will ensure an effective and compliant Safety & Quality Management System across our sites. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and act as a key interface with authorities, customers and internal stakeholders to maintain the highest safety and quality standards.
Your tasks
- Ensure an effective Safety & Quality Management System in accordance with aviation regulations and international standards (e.g. EN 9110, ICAO)
- Perform safety, compliance and quality audits as an authorized auditor, ensuring timely closure of findings
- Support Business Units with root cause analyses, preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor safety and compliance performance, identify gaps and escalate deviations early.
- Drive the development of the Management System and promote a strong safety and compliance culture
- Liaise with authorities, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on audit and compliance matters
- Oversee and improve the use of Q-Pulse (audit database), including checklists, documentation and trending
Your Profile
- Technical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in compliance/quality functions
- Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations; EASA continuing airworthiness preferred
- Advanced experience with compliance audits, certification processes and quality assurance systems (ideally within aviation)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and structured working style
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and training skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Q-Pulse is an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus
