Tasks and qualifications:
Your tasks:
Recruitment of new employees in coordination with the managers for the entire German and Western Switzerland region.
Support and advice for specialists and managers along the employee lifecycle in all HR-relevant areas
Support and implementation of HR projects
Main responsibility for vocational training (ensuring processes and legal requirements, recruitment, coordination with trainers, first contact person for school, parents, etc.)
Assistance with HR administration (master data maintenance, time management, etc.)
Your profile:
Commercial basic training with further education in the HR field (level HR specialist)
Experience in HR as well as in vocational training in a similar position
Very good German skills spoken and written and business fluent French spoken and written as well as English skills are an advantage
Good knowledge of labor law
Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Enjoyment in taking on HR projects as well as continuously improving processes
Cheerful, service-oriented personality who enjoys working both in a team and independently
