where as a Store Manager* you

take over the management of a Starbucks coffeehouse and the responsibility for the operating result while adhering to budget guidelines
positively recognize your team for outstanding performance and offer empowering coaching
are responsible for recruiting, training, caring for, and promoting your partners
set the daily and weekly personnel requirements (scheduling)
take responsibility for the entire purchasing and presentation of our products in the store

where as a Store Manager* you are also (about 80%) active in the operational area and

offer all customers high-quality drinks and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
provide all customers with legendary service and build a connection with them at the first encounter
meet all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their customer needs
ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
