YOUR TASKS

• Leading the anesthesia care team with direct leadership and promotion of around 30 employees at the St. Gallen location
• Economic management of the department as well as qualification-appropriate personnel deployment planning
• Ensuring interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration in the OR as well as coherent interfaces
• Co-responsibility for the development and control of the required safety and quality standards
• Co-responsibility in the training of certified anesthesia care experts NDS HF
• Working as a specialist in anesthesia care in the customer-oriented professional care of our patients

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a certified expert in anesthesia care NDS HF with several years of professional and leadership experience
• Management training, preferably CAS Leadership level, or willingness to complete it
• Hands-on mentality with the willingness to embrace changes and carry them together with the team
• You are an independent, resilient, and responsible personality with high professional and social competence
• Strong organizational and communication skills, good assertiveness, and proficient in MS Office and clinical information systems
